I think it's a dead end trying to call AARP or UHC about this. Do you, or does anyone, have a resource for agencies to whom I can write a letter? I don't know where to start.

Laura, I totally agree with you. I was shocked when I received a brand new account statement in the mail indicating my premium is increasing from $170.72 a month to $196.34... a $26.34 per month increase. This blindsided me as well. And we're stuc...
