Our experience was the sales representative gave us an effective date, but after 12 phone calls, 5 emails and an $11,400 bill, the effective date was actuated, two months late!!!  False promises 

total script!  They’re sorry, but can’t do anything about the $11,400 bill incurred because the sales representative made what we deem to be, a false agreement.

We were promised the requested plan would be effective on a specified date.  12 phone calls, 5 emails and $11,400 later, the plan was approved!  Only took 3 full months to approve from the initial sale agreement!
