while I was caressing i took a course on drawing, it was way out of my comfort zone, For ninety minutes a week I forgot the world and concentrated on learning to draw. it really helped me cope and I got fretting good at drawing, BOBB

Hi Sue, l an a recovering caregiver. My wife passed away a few years ago. Starting a new life ini ether impossible nor easy, The world seemed unbelievably difficult to manipulate. Things that have helped. A LLI (Life longer learning)...
