I can identify somewhat. Having been dx with Menieres syndrome I have chronic loud ringing in one ear & the other is hyperacusis which hears too loud. But there are days I can enjoy it all & my Bluetooth headphones help alot. @sacredlady

Hi @Anitasmolik Yes I do all of those things. In March I had a few 2+ days of no tinnitus, really had my hopes up but no more breaks since then. I'm trying to accept it & live my life and that's going well.I joined an onlinesupport group over 100,...
