I have a big issue with exercise. Why? I have severe arthritis in my back that radiates down to my thighs and knees, and the pain is not worth the effort. Even doing it regularly doesn't help, it just makes it worse. I am laid up in bed for two days ...

True Feelings on the Pandemic and being Older Adult

I am posting this due to my job never closed, I had the option to NOT work at home, I just couldn't do that. Precautions were taken at my job and departments were split up, and my desk is located and always has been in a corner far away from everyone...

I do not do FB its just information overload. I enjoy coming on here, due to 'ususally' the subject matter is geared to older adults, not the kiddos who have to be 'seen and heard, posting everything from potty breaks to a bug outside.
