I also encountered this issue when I tried to delete the on-line account for my deceased parents.  For a company who advocates for the security of older Americans, I was surprised and disappointed that the on-line account could not be deleted.

I also encountered this issue when I tried to delete the on-line account for my deceased parents.  For a company who advocates for the security of older Americans, I was surprised and disappointed that the on-line account could not be deleted.
