Loyalty to AARP is not worth the endless suffering because of their careless mistake. I immediately took out a Chase Freedom Unlimited card and have been very happy with increased benefits. Frustration ended!

Janelle, Sorry that you and Lakeisha have to make flimsy excuses for this mess. It no longer makes sense to say, "customer-facing channels have been reported as down". If they can't be fixed in five days there is something far more serious happening ...

Sorry that a retired minister has to say: "What a bunch of **bleep**!" I have called every day for 4 days and let the phone on speaker-phone. Twice a live voice told me my card could not be activated and I should wait for a "Relationship Manager" who...

You are being way too senseless on this debacle! I've been calling every day and letting it on speaker-phone for 4 days. Twice a live voice came on and said my card could not be processed - hold for a "Relationship Manager" - who never did answer. I ...
