Fairport Convention's "Come All Ye" off of their "Liege & Lief" album. Sandy Denny's beautiful voice and the band's instrumentation gets you dancing and singing whenever it's played!

I love the voices already mentioned but am really drawn to Mark Knopfler, David Bowie and Ben Harper's voices. There are so many more but those are the guys that first come to mind.
