Shop alone. Plant a garden. We planted fruit trees 40 years ago when we bought our house. Get apples and pears every year. Get cherries too but they always have worms🙁 try to use up everything.

We have 3 adult children. Our never married daughter lives with us so we see her every day. Oldest son lives half hour away and until 2 yrs ago our youngest son lived 2 miles away. Since he moved 350 miles for his job we are having a harder time s...

Walking is a great stress reliever for me. Do 2 1/2 miles as many days a week that I can. I work 2 days a week and that relieves stress, surprisingly. Just having some alone time helps, too.

I started collecting ss when I was 63 because my husband was retiring at 67 and I knew we would need my ss then, rather than later. I still work part time at 71 so my ss does in crease a little every year.

One of the best things you can do as you age is walk for exercise everyday. Five years ago when I was 65 I lost 44 lbs walking and it was the best thing I've ever done for myself. I try for 10,000 steps a day. I work two days a week also. Keep bu...
