Hey Nicole,

 

Being a member of AARP, I had already read this article.

 

It was of special interest because years ago I studied to be a real estate broker. During a period of unemployment, I went to the local community college, gained the correct credits, took the licensing exam, passed, and got my license. Back then, you could take the coursework, pass the test, and become a broker. Now, you follow the same procedure but become an agent first, then go through schooling and testing again to promote to broker.

 

It was only then that I discovered that everyone and his brother, and sister had a real estate license and that, due to that fact, there was NO MONEY to be made. In fact, I think more people had real estate licenses than the number of people that sold Mary Kay cosmetics.

 

But there was less chance of a pink Cadillac.๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜€
