Hotels with front desk and housekeepers in their 60s

Imagine instead of someone in their 20s working a front desk at a hotel, have someone in their 60s working there.  I think that would be awesome.  I know that hotels in major cities are served by many transit companies.  And many transit companies now have low-floor buses.  So if you want to get back into the swing of things, get a job at a hotel.
