How do I report Fairmont Hot Springs in Brit. columbia as stealing from guests?  So much fraud and not providing what we paid for!  Dangerous place to go also as door would not lock and blew open twice when I wasn’t there.  Maintenance man said it couldn’t be fixed!   I just be refunded for all days there.  I left 3 days early!
