The best way to stay safe is to stay home.  But safe inside, some of us face another challenge - the hazardous well-stocked refigerator.  For those of us who are so-challenged, the Battle of the Munchies begins.  Why are they so good at winning?  So if you eat more,you can move more and you'll have a fighting chance, right?  Easier said than done.

Some day (soon we hope) we willl be able to go outside again and run around loose. We can lace up our hiking boots or pull on our Skechers and get out and do what they tell us is one of the best exercises there is - walking.  Even if we have to do it a little faster or for a few thousand extra steps to rid ourselves of that pesky Munchie residue.

And if you love it, you can have even more fun dancing it all away.
