Best Concert You’ve Gone To — Or Want To Go To?
For me it would have to be James Taylor, at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, recently. I don’t think anything will ever top that entire experience! 😀 Billy Joel, as well as Bruce, would be next on my list of concerts that I’ve been to that were absolutely fantastic.
Any concert that tops your list, or one you hope to go to?

I also have to mention Bruce. I've seen him three times and thanks to his lottery system, I was able to be right in front of the stage in Hershey PA. During his concerts, he allows the fans a chance to strum his guitar when he plays Born To Run. I was fortunate to be one of them.
Unfortunately, my concert going days are behind me. My health won't permit it.
I've seen everyone that I really wanted to including the Moody Blues, Van Morrison, Chicago, Guess Who, Three Dog Night, Harry Chapin, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Martha & Vandellas and the Temptations.
My two big misses are Pink.Floyd and Peter Gabriel.

….oh I’m so glad you wrote this! Incredible experience with Bruce - wow!
Having looked at just your list, my four misses from that would be Peter Gabriel, Pink Floyd, Martha and the Vandellas and The Temptations.
(I’ll admit to owning a sweatshirt that states, “I May Be Old But I Saw All The Cool Bands) 🤭

…..oh wow - this is a difficult question to answer.
If I had to pick just one, it would have to be back in early June of ‘84. Bruce popped into the Stone Pony….it was intense and simply mesmerizing - bookended with Thunder Road and Born To Run.
While I’ve attended seven of his concerts since then in cavernous stadiums, and had a blast at each and every one of them, nothing will ever come close to that night.

In the mid-70s drove from KCMO to Texas for Joe Cocker; 8 of us in van; pulled into rest stop then woke being eaten by giant mosquitoes... he was well worth every moment getting there... miss you, Joe...
Now, if I felt safe, would love to see Rod Stewart again; an amazing talent who always has amazing show!

Im not familiar with her and just now listened to her. Oh wow! Beautiful Celtic songs and her voice! Being in that type of venue with her performing, must’ve been an amazing experience! Very cool. Adding to my Spotify. Thank you for mentioning her!
