Living in Belize Central America in two years - maybe

Greetings, my plan WAS to move to Belize Central America in 2.5 years.

I will have a $500+ annuity and 1,000+ social security as income month.  That will pay expenses, especially if I can get rid of that student loan repayment.  I will have $100,000.00+ in savings that I should not have to touch.

Now with the state of the Virus, which is in Belize as well, I don't know whether I will be able to move there safely.  The dollar is 2x; I typically go there 1-2 times per year; I will rent a place and enjoy life.  I cannot afford to live in the US - too expensive.

I am just confused now.  I don't even know why I am writing this.  Maybe looking for direction/advice?

I have been an independent contractor/minister all my life or if I worked for someone else never stayed more than 5 years.
