"unable to process your redemption request"

Had it before, got someone to email me, then it is fixed for a few days and issue started again. I literally just use my computer and phone to watch videos and do the quizzes to earn points. I can't redeem for sweepstakes or anything. 

 

This really makes me second guess renewing my membership.

Hello, just happened to me, again. Last time I was warned if it happened again I would be permanently banned even though I was not given a reason as to what I am supposedly doing wrong. I was afraid to reach out again for that reason but here we are...
