"Unable to process your redemption request"

I have not been able to enter in a single sweepstake, I keep getting this error message. I have plenty of points as well. I am a new member but I will likely cancel if I can't get this fixed. I talked to the chat, and they suggested the usual different browser, clear cache etc. nothing has helped, ive used different devices and everything. has anyone had this error and found a solution ? I saw an old post from 2022 with this same issue, is it really two years and no fix AARP?
