How do I resolve this?
Look at my transaction redemption history please. I redeemed 24,000 pts on 1 Feb for a $5 Safeway giftcard. The link provided in the email I received is to here:

Sorry, this card is not valid. Please contact the retailer from which you purchased this gift card and reference error code EGIFT_IRE3_504.
Again, how do I resolve this?
Please, i'm having a similar issue right here. I messaged the support team and she resent the gift card (Foot Locker gift card), but i'm still having same problem. It wasn't resolved. My wife had same problem last month.
