Clearly there still is a problem with the rewards system. As of 4:34 on 3/7/23, I cannot play an instant win. The system is saying there are technical difficulties and to try again later.
This after having 'scheduled maintenance' on Feb 28 and March 1. Then this past weekend, users could not get any points for doing videos or quizes. Then there was once again maintenance on Monday, March 6 after which we could at least get points for videos and quizes. Did you get a new provider for this application or a new server? Might I suggest that instead of having this up and down business with different features not working, just bring the system down for a few days and have it work as it should. Also, perhaps somebody should test the system out before going live.
Just my thoughts. If being a software engineer for all of my working career taught me anything, it taught me to do right by your users.
