When redeeming points on sweeps, total entries amount is not updated

SInce the latest maintenance fiasco (1/18-20), sweepstakes entry totals are not updated.

 

This is shown before entering a sweeps:

You currently have 0 entries in this sweepstakes today and 20 entries total. You can submit up to 10 entries per day while this sweepstakes is live.

 

When getting ready to submit, this is shown:

Just making sure...
You're about to redeem x points for 10 x Gift Card Sweepstakes*. Sounds good?

 

After submission has been completed, this is shown:

You're in!
You've got 10 sweepstakes entries so far today, and 20 entries in total - keep it up! You can submit up to 10 entries per day while this sweepstakes is live. If you've won the big prize we'll shoot you an email on or around February 12, 2025.

 

The message SHOULD have indicated ... and 30 entries in total... NOT 20.

the window is so small right now to try to earn or redeem.  Lately it has been about 4 hours a day just before the new witching hour.

The last 2 days I could only earn or redeem from 7-9pm. Looks like AARP thinks I am maxed out again today, more of the same mess, nothing working since the maintenance!!!

It's a total mess - and more often than not. I think the sweepstakes redemption issues are into AARP running an illegal sweepstakes - no way with all the issues that this could in any be considered fair - as of today do not even know who can, or when can even enter with redemptions. But they do know how to send me life insurance solicitation junk mail EVERY WEEK!
