Unable to redeem my points!

Whenever I attempt to redeem anything, I get the error message "Unable to process your redemption request". I would really appreciate it if you could take a look and find a resolution

Hey, whomever is assigned to my case never called me. Sent me multiple emails, asked what time works best to call me, and gave me their direct number to call them. Answered to all emails, gave them a time to call me, and I even called them. No answer yet..it's been two weeks
