I've reached out to chat multiple times and this problem still has not been resolved, but every single time that I go and try to redeem my rewards for sweepstakes or instant wins it always comes up with the same error of being unable to process the redemption. It is very frustrating to be unable to redeem all of the rewards that I have and having gotten nowhere with the support or case escalation in the past so figured I'd try here.
