I was looking at that. The rules showed it ends on 7/31/23. The rules that I found directed to the front page so not available for free entry. This has happened before and just disappeared.

It's gone....again. lol Geez, I remember this happening with another Walmart 25.00 IW with only 25 winners some time ago. It did this very same thing. Whack-an-instant win? Uh huh. Anyway, I don't care anymore. Or, do I? 😉
