September extra credit is terrible
I have done several videos and quizzes and have only gotten credit for one. I get they need more time or Sorry no points. Every month the exact same thing. I have just about had it. Time to call in the Federal Trade Commission for an investigation.

I don't understand why I have such trouble that no one else has. I am signed in or I wouldn't be able to post here. But I have been locked out of the rewards section again. This is the second month in a row. I just keep getting the screen to log in. I try and it just gives my the same screen again and again and again and (you know it never changes).

@shamit I'm terribly sorry to hear about the issues you're having on the Rewards site when you try to complete the Extra Credit activities. @AARPConsumerCare I am not having trouble now. But why when it is when it first starts I am told I have 0 points and cannot redeem until I earn enough points. I have over a million points and had competed the required activities to redeem but it won't let me.because it claims I have 0 points. This has happened 2 months in a row. Other people are deeming and I am locked out. It usually takes an hour to finish the activities, but then it takes over another hour for the site to recognize that I have points.
This month it even logged me out and wouldn't let me back in. It would either say my password or user name was incorrect or I was a bot or just say processing and send me back to the sign in page. When it said I was a bot it had me check that I was a human. But then it would just send me back to the sign in page and that would happen over and over again. I finally went on my phone and was still logged in there and was finally able to redeem for the gift card. I am on a desktop computer using Windows 11 that is totally up to date.

@AARPConsumerCare I forgot to say that I check the browser and I was using the latest version of Google. And after I got logged out, I went in and cleared the cache and cookies hoping that would help. And that didn't help at all.
And it is impossible to reach out to you when this is at midnight and this time on the weekend. There is no one there to help. If you use the chat it tells you to call on Monday through Friday during the day. Of course by then the problem had gone away.

I keep watching the same videos over and over again and nothing. the screen finally came up for me to submit my points that I would get the gift card and then it said I did not finish which I did and have been doing this for 47 minutes. My points showed null and now my points show -

I am not experiencing any issues currently. It only happens at the beginning of each month. Watching videos and not getting credit, answering questions or quizzes and not getting credit over and over. System saying I earned the GC and then saying I haven't completed the questions/quizzes. Today everything's OK. Thanks for listening.
