Rewards are not being emailed!

Redeemed points for the TJ Maxx GC, and have not received.  There are more issues with this website/app, than any other I have ever seen.  I know they say it can take up to "24 hours" but I have never had that be the case.  We are so close to cancelling our membership!

Maria @MariaR654435 , I only redeemed for ONE so far. The EXTRA CREDIT Bath & Body Works card. Redeemed at about 1:30am ET. Arrived 3:03am ET while I was sleeping. Had given up and gone back to bed. Happen to be awake near to midnight. Usually sleep through the whole thing.
