at the top of the page, right underneath the black banner, there should be an input field box on the right. May even say Enter a promo code in the box.

This is from a desktop. On a mobile device, it may look different.

You hit nail on head.... on mobile devices can't see the "changed"promo box

Used have words (promo code) under banner click..... noticed when turn phone sideways there's a promo box like in olden days.... but as I said can't be seen on regular mobile views 😨

Also it had choice to click 'playbook' once clicked it was about rules doing things in Rewards on sideways view no longer there.... but many will be happy seems they've fixed the banner.... mine now showing:  Total points Last points earned & such 

Marilyn are y'all going update new setup to work in mobile view? Sure hope so cause if I only do one thing each week I always enter Promo Codes Thanks appreciate help

@leeruns Try the link below, I used the image below previously, however today's promo code is 1776 (the code today is not denmark).

So, click on the link below and make sure that you are logged-in, find the box "Enter a promo code" under the black banner toward the right side of the page and enter "1776" and press the enter key on your keyboard.

have tried entering code multiple times without success.  I did this after midnight, at 12:05 on 5/2.  Does it only work on the date sent?  Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong?  I have used several the past weeks later than the date sent and they worked just fine.

Try copying the code from post and pasting in the Enter Promo Code field.  I enter the codes within a day personally.

I believe Management posted there is a time limit, but can't remember what it is.  Maybe someone else saw it also and can let u know.

You need to go to Account Manager, select Newsletters and find Rewards Newsletter and click to subscribe.  You should start receiving Newsletter via email, code is in Newsletter.  Please Kudo😉
