Print Coupon Window closed, can’t reopen

Hello I just joined AARP and tried to redeem my first coupon. The window with the coupon was only open for a minute when I was trying to save the image or screenshot and it changed to another screen that never stopped loading. I am finding that I cannot find that page or that coupon at all. Is there any help I can get or did I just lose points ?
