It's so disheartening to read how many people are having problems with redeeming points and buying gift cards. The only reason I renewed was for the gift cards. I've been trying to buy gift cards and enter sweepstakes for a month but I continually get error messages. Like everyone else I'm using a card that has successful in the past, tried multiple devices, etc. Two months ago I was double charged for a purchase and the money refunded but this is really sad that these problems have continued for so long without resolution. At least reading these posts tells me that I'm not alone in experiencing this frustration.

I receive different error messages depending on what I'm attempting to complete. When trying to enter sweepstakes the message says unable to process. For purchases of gift cards the message says to contact customer service and check that I have sufficient funds. I have sufficient funds. Additionally my bank notifies me via text of any activity, approved or declined, including suspected fraud, and no notications are ever generated indicating to me that the transactions never reach my bank. I have been unable to reach customer service when these events occured as it was outside of the available hours.
