My Purchased Card Link Has Expired

@AARPJanelleM I purchased an Old Navy Card and now the link has expired. Can you please send me a new link?  I also have an Amazon Card link that has expired. If the purchased Old Navy Card cannot be redeemed, I will need to cancel my credit card charge. Thank you.

@Hanani

I have been told to call Rewards Support at the number below

when I had an expired link.

Have your old email confirmations handy because they may need

the order number, and such, to send you a new confirmation with

a link to your missing card.  I was on the phone for a while

explaining the problem and I was transferred once.

Thank you so much Stephen K! I received the two Old Navy eGift Card emails. The Amazon Gift Card was a point redemption: Order #: 36121001512190. I appreciate your help so much.
