After over 5 hours of back-to-back attempts, I finally was able to check out my cart for some Carnival gift-cards this weekend--unfortunately it has been over 48 hours and I haven't received a confirmation email nor the redemption codes. I was wondering if I could enlist someone's assistance in this matter. It would be greatly appreciated!
@DavidG985929 Hi David, our escalations team is working on your case. Be sure to confirm with your bank that the transactions have cleared. Any pending charges will typically fall off within 72 hours.

Yes I waited this long to make sure prior to reaching out--the transaction was completely posted as of Aug 7. I did call and speak to try and get this process going given how much money this all was. I appreciate any and all assistance towards facilitating a timely resolution given the circumstances I believe she notated in the ticket! thanks for your reply, attention and research truly!
