Missing Carnival Cruise e card

I purchased a $450 carnival cruise gift card today on Monday, June 13 and it didn’t arrive to my email. XXXXXXXXXXXX. Any assistance would be helpful. Thank you!

@SteveP588684 Thanks for participating in AARP Rewards! Delivery of the e-gift card can take up to 24 hours. Also, be sure to check your spam folders. Let me know if you did not receive the email after the 24 hour timeframe so I can get to the bottom of it.
