How to send a Private Message

I enter  name and it won't stick when I click in the body of the message the name disappears. How do I send a PM. Thanks

hi Karyn. 

Type the @ symbol in front of the members name: @Karyn8 I have to type slow and sometimes more than once with this program. 

It may take a second for the system to find it, once it does press enter go to the subject then the body 

complete PM and click on Reply
