Has anyone noticed another reduction in the Instant Wins?

I noticed the Safeway and Applebees Instant wins have changed to 150 winners but only a $5 card.  So before it was a $10 card and 125 winners.  Before that it amounted to $1250 in gift cards for the week and now it is only $750 in gift cards for the week.  I can understand the $5 cards with 250 winners.  That amount to the same dollar amount per week.

How about the reduction, or I should say the absence in the availability of the more popular sponsors ie: Amazon, Walmart, Target, the major online streaming services and CVS for example in the Instant Win department. I see them in the purchase discount cards. This administrator acts as if they are doing us a favor by selecting sponsors that have very limited coverage in the country.
