Gift card limits

I was wondering if paper points only gift cards limit of 3 per month could be raised? My reasoning behind this is we are allowed 3 each of paper and physcal however, there have been no physical ones offered in the last month and a half. Maybe just have a limit of 6 (or more 😁) total instead of separating them between paper and physical.
