Did not receive Carnival gift cards

Hello, 

I purchased carnival gift cards on 09/27/23 and  The charges have posted to my bank account and is showing on my list of purchases, but I have not received the confirmation email or gift cards. Please resend the gift card if possible.

I also purchased 4 on Sunday 10/8 and have not received them. I have checked my junk and spam folder and there is nothing.
