I was able to access the Albertson's daily deal and went through the payment process successfully.  AARP confirmed my purchase, however, I didn't get the gift card.  It appears confirmation doesn't guarantee success in getting the Daily Deal.  With only 150 gift cards available, the popular daily deals will be near impossible to purchase.
