I purchased 5 carnival gift cards and have not received them. Aarp has escalated the matter but I don't see how it is legal for them to deduct money from my bank account when the product I purchased is in an indefinite state of limbo!! They don't offer refunds on purchases, but I technically didn't purchase anything if they can't guarantee I'll receive it. I am going to try escalating this to my bank!
I just ordered 5 - $500 carnival ecards this morning and I still havenโt received the email with the ecards. Last year I ordered carnival ecards they were delivered to my inbox within a half hour of placing the order. As of right now nothing has been delivered to my inbox or my spam folder. Iโm going to officially contact someone tomorrow morning if the ecards arenโt in my email.
