I have attempted to redeem my points, and am receiving the following message: "Purchases of this item are limited to one." This appears on each and every card I have selected. The same applies to my husband's account. Is anyone else experiencing this glitch?

I usually get this message if it's a card I already redeemed for. Are you sure your redemptions did not go through? Try looking at your transaction history and see if points were deducted.

Yes, I checked both accounts. The AARP site is allowing me only to select Non-Member Rewards. It seems this will be an issue for Customer Service, unfortunately:{

Home Depot, Lowes, and Kohl's. I just discovered that I was able to redeem for Chewy, which is a non-member reward. I cannot redeem for a Member's Only Reward.
