Alert! A new problem in Redemption!

Last Monday night, already the new month in my time zone, I ordered the for points only Walgreens $5 gift card, 22000 points. Not receiving the gift card, I called AARP Rewards yesterday and found out that no email with my gift card had been generated but 22000 points had been deducted twice from my account. The very very nice person in customer service could only escalate; now wait time is 10 business days; still 44000 points short; no gift card. In the past I have found that escalation did not produce any positive results and that after many weeks of wait and so much frustration; I hope that this time something good happens and I get both 22000 points back and the gift card that I desired in a more timely fashion.

Make sure you check your transaction history in redemptions for this new AARP problem.

Good luck on getting this resolved! AARP customer service can only "escalate" whatever that means... It took me a month of time and aggravation before I received my gift card!
