AARP Eye Center
Rod Serling was a genius writer of science fiction. His "twist at the end" of his stories are unmatched by today's writers.
This weekend, one of our cable channels is having a Twilight Zone marathon.
Between the marathon and thinking about Rod Serling, I thought about what was my favorite "twist at the end".
Here goes.....Hint: A decoding translator runs to stop her co-worker from boarding an alien spaceship screaming......."TO SERVE MAN"......."IT'S, IT'S A COOKBOOK".
But it is too late........... Makes you hungry, doesn't it?
What is YOUR favorite Twilight Zone "twist at the end".
Loved the episode with Burgess Meredith looking for more time to read books. At the end of a battle with multiple books and uninterrupted time available, his eye glasses are broken.
In my younger years I dreamed of having the time and unlimited availability of reading material.
@nctarheel , I am too scared to watch the Twilight Zone but an interesting discussion as usual my friend.
