SONG TITLE WORD ASSOCIATION - We seem to still be having fun - So Play on!
Okay
This is meant to be a long running topic . The rules are simple and there are a zillion songs out there, so lets see what we can do with this.
You start with a song title. Let's use Love in an Elevator - Aerosmith
You look at that title, pick out one word from it and find a new song title with that word in it,( example, In & Out of Love - Bon Jovi) then post the new title as your post. The next person follows. See easy
So lets give it a try. My title is: Love in an Elevator - Aerosmith.
your reply could be:
from Love in an Elevator to Love is all you need--BeatlesMy hope is that our new member duke could help us get this started.
Please pick up on any word in the last posted Title!

Holiday Songs from Other Countries to Sing this Year

Between Thanksgiving and New Year’s, it’s hard to go anywhere without being bombarded by the same handful of holiday songs. If you’re looking for a new way to spread seasonal cheer, try familiarizing yourself with these songs sung around the world. Here are a coiple carols to add some international flair to your holiday festivities.
1. “PETIT PAPA NOEL” // FRANCE“Petit Papa Noel” or “Little Father Christmas” is a Christmas favorite in France. The song is told from the perspective of a child anxiously awaiting the arrival of Santa Claus on Christmas Eve. In addition to having presents on the brain, the narrator also seems very concerned about making sure Santa stays warm:
2. “LA FIESTA DE PILITO” // PUERTO RICOMais avant de partir (But before you leave)
Il faudra bien te couvrir (Be sure to cover yourself well)
Dehors tu vas avoir si froid (You’ll be very cold outside.)
C’est un peu à cause de moi. (That’s kind of my fault.)
Every holiday playlist could use more salsa music. “La Fiesta de Pilito” or “Pilito’s Party” by the Puerto Rican band El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico focuses on the most important part of the season: the party food.

Here We Come A Caroling (The Wassail Song). A classic English song that, every year, reminds me that I’ve always wanted to try wassail.
Here We Come a Wassailing
Traditional Christmas Carol Song Lyrics
Lyrics: Here we come a-wassailing Chorus: Our wassail cup is made We are not daily beggars Good master and good mistress, We have a little purse Call up the butler of this house, Bring us out a table God bless the master of this house And all your kin and kinsfolk, |
