Coffee !

I've been all over these forums & can't find the 'right forum', so mybe i'll find an answer on the front porch ?  Smiley Very Happy

I have 2 cans of 'cheapie' coffee ; tried mixing them so they would be more flavorful, but not-so-much did it work. Might buy a more spendy brand & mix them, but in meantime, anyone have any ideas on how to make these cheap brands taste better ?

I am presently enjoying ad cup brewed from a mix of light roasted Arabica beans and Ethiopian light roast pea beans. I strongly suggest experimenting with different coffee beans and you will surely find a favorite that has been waiting there for you. Nothing like a cup made from fresh ground beans!

A great cup of coffee starts with great coffee beans.  If you start with low quality beans, you will never achieve coffee nirvana.  Give 42 Days Coffee a try.  All of their beans are organic and FairTrade sourced.

Some nice light roast beans from Guatemala freshly ground at home made a wonderful pot of coffee this morning. This always makes the beginning for a good day. I have found that most cheap coffee tastes very cheap. I drink my coffee black, add nothing to it. I am grateful that I can spend the extra money on good coffee beans and grind them fresh. If you drink your coffee black, I suggest trying light roast coffee first and then some medium roast. Dark roast is very strong and sometimes bitter.
