AARP Hearing Center
I just joined AARP and entered my spouse as a secondary member on the application. I get an error message saying "Sorry, the secondary member name must not match the primary member name. Please enter a different name." I've tried calling to get him added, but the call volume is very high and was told to call back later. Is there any way to get online help?
Update:
I talked with a Live Agent on Chat and she was able to add my husband to my account.
