Profile and account

  Can someone tell me how to remove and or delete my profile and account from this ridiculous site?!?  When I go to my account the screen freezes up. There is nothing on this site for me but aggravation!!!

Here you go.
 I was surprised to see there’s no self-serve way to do it online when you go to the help page to try and do it. Just gives you the phone number and day/time to call them in order to delete on line account.  You’d think you could just do it online.
