My membership doesn't expire for 2 days, but being treated with rewards as if it is expired

I was playing some games today to gain points, and realized that I was being awarded points as if I were not a member, even though my membership doesn't expire for 2 days.  It is evening, so I can't contact customer service until tomorrow.  This happened to me before.  Has this happened to other people?
