AARP Hearing Center
Just an FYI, when logging in today, I received a pop-up stating my membership is about to expire and if I renewed I would get a free ice pack bag. However, my current standing is active until 10/27. It appears that the login ID is not validated database for the login ID or is incorrectly coded.
Cheers!
Jeff
Alternate explanation:
I've seen the same pop-up from AARP the last few days after I log-in, too - it is a 'universal "Renewal or Join campaign" ad / with that 'Grab and Go Cooler' from AARP.
It's just a pop-up ad promo - that is not specific to any one in particular; no matter what your Expiration is.
Much ado about nothing ๐ค

Have you seen this pop-up since? I saw the pop-up yesterday, but not today. Must have been only a test? I too am far from having to renew my membership, but saw it briefly yesterday. If you see it again, can you provide a screenshot here? This would probably help any AARP rep to assist further, although your thread title suggests 'Help not requested...' Thank you.
Hello everyone ๐ค. This is my first time here I believe but to the point. This may not be the correct place but I need to know what does this statement says to you ( Once your order is processed, 1 Year will be added to your term currently expiring June 30, 2023. Your membership will automatically renew each subsequent year. ) Am I correct in understanding that my membership ends on June 30 or does this mean June 29 was my last day. I'm just asking
Hello everyone ๐ค. No I turned off auto renewal. This is the same thing that happened to me last year. AARP says my membership has expired and I'm no longer a member. I was under the impression that my membership ended June 30 which is what's on my membership account. If this is the case, AARP should not say that my membership ends June 30. I'm just saying
