Double Charged

I recently canceled my membership, but then decided to renew it. However, I noticed that I was charged both $20 and $15, resulting in two charges. I should have only been charged $15 for the renewal.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. If I don’t receive a response or resolution by Monday, I will contact support directly.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

AaronandKimberly I'm so sorry to learn you were charged two different amounts for your AARP Membership renewal. We can definitely get this resolved for you. Please send us a private message with your name and full mailing address as it appears on our membership, and we'll get to work on this right away. There is no option to enable messaging (see screenshot). The website is impossible to use on my iPhone (slow loading and very hard to use), I was able to get pages to load better on my PC however there is no option for "private messaging" like the help page suggests. The private messenger option is not showing up.

The double charge is still showing on my account so I would greatly appreciate getting this resolved very soon. If I am not able to resolve this by Monday, I will try the chat option.

Agreed - I do not have a “Private Messenger” tab either! Mine also goes directly from Privacy to Kudos…

It’s very hard to enable it - when it doesn’t exist!
