It was probably in 2019 that I posted a link under “Old People Dancing” to the first video below. Well, Swing and ChaCha with Angie Major, recorded February 10, 2024, have been added to my YouTube account. I do not recommend them as examples of good dancing but as a curiosity/illustration of how dancing, that I started at age 12, is a wonderful, healthful, and fun activity in which one can engage for … well, a many years.

Going to bars without a partner to support musicians and dance is risky. This week-end, I had the extremely good fortune to have three fine followers at one bar and four, including a national champion and California Swing Dance Hall of Fame inductee, at another. I couldn't be more pleased and wish to thank each of them for accepting my invitations to dance.
