Most Folks out there are too young to remember that strutting donkey's rear of an Italian dictator Moussollini. His nickname was "Il Duce" pronounced (ill douchay) I think it now appropriate to dub Cuomo close to the same, except to just leave off the ending "ay". What do you-all think about that? IndyMo
