I'm excited to share more news about the NORC Self-Help Senior Center, a vibrant community hub located in the basement of 67-00 192 Street, Fresh Meadows, NY. This wonderful center offers a welcoming space for seniors to connect, learn, and thrive.

In October, which is just four days away, the center's activities will take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Anthony intentionally planned it this way, responding to members' feedback and requests. While everyone enjoys the engaging activities and programs, many have also asked for days to simply come down, hang out, use their laptops, read a book, or socialize with friends.

The center has a vast book collection in their big bookcase, making it an ideal spot to unwind and explore new literary horizons. Whether you're looking for fiction, non-fiction, or everything in between, you'll find something that suits your taste. If you need a break from the walls of your apartment, this is the place for you. The NORC Self-Help Senior Center offers a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, perfect for recharging and refreshing your spirit.

Note that Wednesdays and Thursdays are packed with exciting activities, but feel free to drop by on other days for a more relaxed atmosphere. Take advantage of this wonderful community resource and make the most of your October!
